Investors in Excellence is a national recognition programme based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model; one of the world’s most widely adopted business improvement models. It is a rigorous programme that assesses an organisation’s current ability and strongly encourages continuous improvement across the whole organisation. The Investors in Excellence was written by Midlands Excellence and was launched in London in May.

Jon and his associates are experienced Facilitators and Business Coaches and have had a significant impact working in partnership with multi-contracted businesses, developing people and the business using the Excellence Model.
