Jon WebbJon is an award winning Facilitator and Business Coach with considerable experience in personal development, team development and service, working with organisations in the UK and abroad. He has run Webb Development, a management development and consultancy business, for over 20 years. He provides a pragmatic approach to developing people to enhance their business and become leaders in their field.

Webb Development has worked with a variety of sectors of business including Airline (private jet company), Architects, a Banking company, Borough Councils, Citizens Advice Bureau, Contract Caterers, Defence, Facilities and Property Management companies, Health Retreats, Housing Associations, Hotels, International Accountancy/Consultancy company, International Oil and Petrochemical organisations, Law firms, Medical Doctors, Pub and Leisure companies, Retail companies, Recycling company, Telecommunications, and Veterinary organisations.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, British Institute of Facilities Management, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce, a fellow member of the Institute of Hospitality, recognised Ambassador for London Excellence, a certified training practitioner with the British Accreditation Bureau, he has a Post Graduate qualification in Business and Personal Coaching and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator licensed operator (psychometric profiling).

He is an accredited Business Mentor with the Nottinghamshire Business Ventures, Business Coach with East Midlands Development Agency ‘High Growth Programme’, and has a five star rating with East Midlands Brokerage.

 

In July, 2009, Webb Development was nominated as a finalist in the Best Small Business Category of the London Excellence Awards.

 

In October, 2008, Jon was East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Award winner for Excellence in Customer Service.

 

British Accreditation Bureau (BAB) Gold Award In January, 2006, he received the inaugural British Accreditation Bureau (BAB) Gold Award for the highest consistent Satisfaction Index Rating out of over 10,000 BAB registered Consultant Practitioners.

 

Jon Webb - Customer Service Trainer of the Year In September, 2004 he was finalist of the Customer Service Trainer of the Year at the National Customer Service Awards.

 


His interests include
sailing - he is a member of the Tall Ships Youth Trust; a number of outdoor activities including running; playing the piano (purely for personal entertainment!). He is also a member of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club. He is married with two grown up children and lives in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
