Jon is a highly experienced Facilitator and Business Coach with considerable experience in personal and team development , working with organisations in the UK and abroad. He has run Webb Development, a management development and consultancy business, for over 20 years. His operational management experience in the service sector enables him to provide a pragmatic approach to developing people to enhance their business and become leaders in their field.

He has worked with a variety of sectors of business including Borough Councils, Contract Caterers, Defence sector, Facilities and Property Management companies, Finance, Health Retreats, Housing Associations, Hotels, International Oil and Petrochemical organisations, Law firms, Pub and Leisure companies, Retail companies, Telecommunications, and Veterinary organisations.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, British Institute of Facilities Management, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce, a fellow member of the Institute of Hospitality, recognised Ambassador for London Excellence, accredited as an Investors in Excellence business, a certified training practitioner with the British Accreditation Bureau, and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator licensed operator (psychometric profiling), and an accredited Business Mentor with Nottinghamshire Business Venture.

He is also an Advisor and Assessor for the Investors in Excellence standard, based on the European Foundation for Quality Management Business Excellence Model.

In July, 2009, Webb Development was a London Excellence Awards Finalist (Best Small Business).

In October, 2008, Jon was East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Award winner for Excellence in Customer Service.

In January, 2006, he received the inaugural British Accreditation Bureau (BAB) Gold Award for the highest consistent Satisfaction Index Rating out of over 10,000 BAB registered Consultant Practitioners.

In September, 2004 he was finalist of the Customer Service Trainer of the Year at the National Customer Service Awards.

His interests include sailing - he is a member of the Tall Ships Youth Trust; a number of outdoor activities including running; playing the piano (purely for personal entertainment!). He is also a member of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club. He is married with two children and lives in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
